"Dance to My Beat": Mary Lazarus, Yvonne Jegede, Stan Nze attend premiere

"Dance to My Beat," a new Nollywood comedy movie held its premiere in Lagos, Nigeria. Check out photos from the event.

On Friday, September 22, 2017, M-Laz productions premiered its debut movie, "Dance to My  Beat."

The movie is a comedy/drama which was produced by Mary Lazarus and directed by Paul Igwe in 2016.

It stars Joseph Benjamin, Kehinde Bankole, Mary Remmy Njoku, Toyin Abraham, Mary Lazarus, Oma Nnadi, Uzor Osimkpa, Blessing Onwukwe and Lilian Afegbai.

 

The premiere held at Silverbird Cinemas Victoria Island, Lagos. The event was attended by the cast and crew of the movie alongside other Nollywood actors and filmmakers that include Uduak Isong, Frederick Leonard, Yvonne Jegede, Ifeanyi Kalu, Stan Nze, Ike Nnaebue among others.

 

"Dance to my Beat" tells the story of a woman, who pressures her financially unstable husband into getting married. They decide to sell Aso ebi at exorbitant amount to fund their wedding.

"Dance to My Beat" is currently showing in cinemas.
