"Celebrity Marriage," and six other Nollywood movies you should see in the cinema this November.

November has quite a number of Nollywood movies to offer film lovers.

Pulse Movies has rounded up movies coming to the cinemas in October, including Pascal Amanfo's "Celebrity Marriage," and Teco Benson's long-awaited "Blood Lagoon."

Check out seven Nollywood movies you should see this month.

1. "Idahosa Trails"

 

In "Idahosa Trails," an inglorious British journalist sets out to interview a deceased Preacher. He sets out to make an investigative documentary on the secret rites performed during the coronation of a new king.

Directed by Stanlee Ohikhuare, the movie stars Charles Okafor, Kunle Idowu, Osas Ighodaro Ajibade, Liz Ameye and Patrick Doyle.

"Idahosa Trails" will premiere on November 3.


2. "Potato Potahto"

 

“Potato Potahto” tells the story of a divorced couple whose plans to share their matrimonial home descend into chaos after the husband Tony brings in an attractive female house help.

When his ex-wife Lulu then hires an attractive young man to help her out, a roller coaster ride of laughter, jealousy and tears ensue.

The movie which stars OC Ukeje, Joselyn Dumas, Joke Silva, Chris Attoh and Blossom Chukwujekwu will debut on November 24.

3. "Bandits"

In "Bandits," Fred is willed an 'ugly' painting by his late Uncle. His friends sell the painting for a cheap amount. He tries to recover the painting after he discovers that his Uncle left him a 90 million Naira cheque behind it.

The comedy movie starsJoke Silva, Senator, FunnyBone, Chigul, Linda Ejiofor, Funky Mallam, Gbenga Titiloye and John Ukpe.

"Bandits" debuts in the cinema on November 17.

4. "Couple's Award"

In "Couple's Award," a wife unable to conceive after a failed artificial insemination finds out her husband is having a baby with their neighbour.

She tries to convince her husband to use his lawyer status to get custody of the child.

The movie features Gbenro Ajibade, Kate Henshaw, Kehinde Olorunyomi, Regina Chuckwu and Frankincense Eche-Be.

"Couple's  Award" will debut in cinemas on November 10.

5. "Christmas is Coming"

In "Christmas is Coming," a tomboy has a string of ill-luck after being transformed to a “Lady” by her mischievous flatmates just a few days to Christmas.

She unintentionally falls in love quickly and has to deal with its immediate consequences.

The movie stars Ufuoma McDermott, Sola Sobowale, Chioma Akpotha, Zack Orji, Deyemi Okanlanwon, Mary Lazarus, Gregory Ojefua and Michael Okon.

It will debut in cinemas on November 24.

6. "Celebrity Marriage"

 

"Celebrity Marriage" stars Toyin Aimakhu, Tonto Dikeh, Odunlade Adekola, Jackie Appiah, Kanayo O Kanayo, Osita Iheme, Calista Okoronkwo, Susan Peters, among others.

 Toyin Aimakhu is a celebrity, who is a victim of domestic violence, and Tonto Dikeh a newly-wed under pressure to get pregnant.

The Pascal Amanfo film debuts on November 17.

7. "Blood in the Lagoon"

 

Directed by Teco Benson, "Blood in the Lagoon" tells the story of George Dibiya lives in the treacherous murky waters of the Lagos Lagoon.

But after the murder of his brother, George sets out to keep his brother's dream alive. Along the way, he gets entangled with a beautiful Scarlet.

The movie makes its debut on November 10.
