Argentina coach Jorge Sampaoli has chosen to leave out Messi from the friendly game.
The Nigeria Vs Argentina friendly game has lost one of its star attractions, Lionel Messi who is set to be taken off the game.
Nigeria will face Argentina on Tuesday, November 14 in a friendly game in Russia as part of the preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Argentina coach Jorge Sampaoli has chosen to leave out Messi from the friendly game.

According to Ole Argentina, Messi will only feature in their friendly against Russia on Saturday, November 11, four days before the clash against Nigeria.
The friendly game will however not be shunned of star players despite the absence of Messi.
For the friendly game, Sampaoli back in October named the likes of Sergio Aguero, Angel Di Maria, Nicolas Otamendi and Paulo Dybala in the squad for the friendly.
AC Milan midfielder Lucas Biglia is out of the friendly game due to an inflammation in the patellar tendon of his left knee.
Super Eagles boss Genort Rohr also named his best players for the friendly game with the exception of Victor Moses who is out with a hamstring injury.
Mikel Obi, Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Wilfred Ndidi and Leon Balogun have all been included in the squad that will play Argentina.
