Funke Akindele has been listed among the full cast of the "Avengers: Infinity War" on IMDb, and Nigerians are reacting on social media.
The actress, who is most popular for her role as Jenifa in "Jenifa's Diary," has been cast as a member of Dora Milaje, Wakanda’s all-female special forces unit from the "Black Panther" comics.

If this story is indeed correct, the casting would make her the first Nigerian actress to feature in a Marvel film. In the anticipated film, earth's mightiest superheroes assemble to defeat a powerful supervillain, Thanos.
