Anthony Joshua: Mike Tyson is not a fan of British-Nigerian boxer

Tyson is not impressed with Joshua's last fight which was against Parker.

Boxing legend Mike Tyson has revealed that he is not a fan of Anthony Joshua and he is not impressed with the credentials of the British-Nigerian fighter.

Joshua is now the WBO, IBF and WBA heavyweight champion following his win over Joseph Parker on Saturday, March 31.

 

The fight was however without fireworks as it went all the way to the 12th round before Joshua won on points.

Tyson was not impressed with the fight and was disappointed in Joshua.

“Joshua looked like he was the guy to [become undisputed champion] but in his last fight, he did not impress me,” the American boxing legend told Showtime.

Joshua will be looking for unify his heavyweight titles which could pit him against WBC champions Deontay Wilder.

Tyson believes Wilder is getting better.

“[Deontay Wilder] is improving, he’s getting better.”

The Joshua/Wilder fight is far from being finalised although both boxers have expressed their readiness for the game.
