Paul Pogba: Suarez says Manchester United midfielder will be happy at Barcelona

Luis Suarez is the latest Barcelona to state his admiration for a Paul Pogba move to Barcelona.

Luis Suarez has stated that Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba will be happy if he moves from the Premier League to La Liga giants Barcelona.

Pogba has reportedly had issues with Jose Mourinho at Manchester United, which has persisted from last season.

The 25-year-old midfielder is regarded as one of best in his position and over the summer transfer window but stayed at Old Trafford.

 

Following his exploits with France at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in which he played a crucial role, Suarez has stated that Pogba will be suited to Barcelona.

There have been reports that Pogba is not utilised to his optimum ability in Manchester United jersey which has seen him produce inconsistent performances in the majority of his outings.

Suarez, however, may have finally found an antidote to remedy to make Pogba a world beater in his position.

 

In a report by RAC1 Suarez praised Pogba’s qualities and stated that after his world club win he may stand a better chance at the Champions League at the Camp Nou alongside star players such as Lionel Messi.

He said, “Pogba’s an elite player who’s won everything.

“He has a lot of quality and he’s one of the references at United.

“I think he would like to be competing for more than he is at the moment. He’s not a player that belongs to Barca, but he would always be welcome.”

Now approaching his peak with two years left on his contract, Pogba will have a decision to make at the end of the season, with Barcelona players constantly praising his qualities.
