AMAA unveils panelists for African Cinema Business Roundtable

The three panelists unveiled by the Africa Movie Academy board are Rebecca Radmore, Rebecca Roos and Opeyemi Ajayi.

Panelists for the African Cinema Business Roundtable have been unveiled by the organisers of the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Two weeks after Chief Executive Officer of AMAA, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe announced the date for the event, the panelists have been unveiled.

The three panelists unveiled by the Africa Movie Academy board are Rebecca Radmore, Rebecca Roos and Opeyemi Ajayi.

The three practitioners are from the media, movie and distribution chains of the African movie industry.

 

While Radmore is the co-director Fire Soul Media, Roos is a documentary filmmaker and guest lecturer at International Film School of San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba and Ajayi is the executive vice president, Genesis Cinemas and distribution.

AMAA to host African Cinema Business Round Table in Kigali

Ahead of the 14th edition of the Africa Movie Academy Awards, the organisers have announced readiness to host African Cinema Business Round Table in Kigali.

 

According to the organisers, the event is billed to host on October 19, 2018 at the Intare Conference Arena in Kigali, Rwanda.

 

Speaking to Pulse on the round table, Martins Gbados, disclosed that speakers at the event will include the Chief Executive Officer of AMAA, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe and Will Smith's younger brother and partner, Harry Smith.
