Otaru of Auchi turbans Ize-Iyamu

Otaru of Auchi, Alhaji  Aliru Momoh, has turbanned Edo All Progressives Congress(APC) governorship candidate Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu as Itsemakhona of Auchi.
