Rapper Takeoff sued for allegedly raping woman at Los Angeles house party

The rapper is alleged to have raped the young lady after she had declined to smoke marijuana with him.

American rapper, Kirshnik Khari Ball also known as Takeoff of the music group, Migos has been accused of raping a young lady at a house party.

PageSix reports that a lawsuit was filed on Wednesday, June 5, 2020, against the rapper.

According to the suit, a lady by the name Jane Doe was invited to a June 22 house party in Encino, California, by occasional Migos DJ Daryl “Durel” McPherson.

The lady claims that Takeoff offered her marijuana at one point, though she declined.

She said in the suit that the rapper later got into an argument with McPherson, which made her walk away and waited in the disc jockey's room.

The plaintiff says the rapper then followed her into the room began touching her.

After she attempted to dissuade him, the suit says he forcefully raped her.

After the alleged rape incident, the lady went to a nearby hospital, where staff “observed physical evidence of forceful rape and notified the Los Angeles Police Department.”

Takeoff is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter.

He is best known as a member of the hip hop and trap music trio Migos along with Quavo and Offset, who are his uncle and cousin, respectively
