We take a look at some celebrities whose nude photos have been leaked.

Celebrities all over the world like every other person have a personal life which sometimes gets trampled upon.

Just like most people, celebrities sometimes take nude pictures for their personal use or probably just share with a loved one. This, however, has done a lot of them more harm than good as some of these celebrities have had their nude photos hacked and leaked.

We take a look at some celebrities whose nude photos have been leaked.

1. Jennifer Lawrence

 

Jennifer Lawrence was one of the 100 A-list celebrities whose nudes were leaked in 2014. This sad incident occurred just when the beautiful actress had just started to rise to stardom. A very shocked and sad Jennifer went on to address the situation.

She said anyone who took time outlook at those pictures had committed a "sexual offense." "It is not a scandal, it is a sex crime. It is a sexual violation. It's disgusting," she said.

She further said "Anybody who looked at those pictures, you are perpetuating a sexual offense. You should cower in shame."

2. Gabrielle Union

 

Gabrielle Union's nude photos where hacked and leaked and the beautiful actress didn't take it likely as she released a statement to Cosmopolitan. In the statement, she said

"I thought this was a targeted attack, a hate crime against women. I didn't like the public perception of this scandal, that we were just a bunch of narcissistic, sexual deviant celebrities who got what we deserved for being dumb," she said.

Furthermore, in her statement, she went on to defend herself saying

"No one deserves to have a private moment stolen, whether it's a photo, text, or email. Everyone has intimate parts of their they don't want the public to see."

3. Rihanna

 

Rihanna back in 2009 had her nude photos leaked. Like every other celebrity who has been through that path, the Barbados music icon said she was very embarrassed over the incident, according to her it was the worst thing that could ever happen to her. "It was humiliating and embarrassing, especially my mum having to see that," she added.

Rihanna was also quick to defend her decision to take the naked snaps in the first place, " If you don't send your boyfriend naked photos, then I feel bad for him," she said.

4. Scarlett Johansson

 

Back in 2011, nudes of Scarlett Johansson were hacked and shared online. According to her, the photos were meant for her husband, Ryan Reynolds.

 "Who doesn't want to protect their own privacy? Just because you are in the spotlight or just because you're an actor or make films doesn't mean you are not entitled to your own personal privacy. No matter what the context, when that is sieged in some way, it feels unjust, it feels wrong," she said. However, a man was later arrested and given a ten-year jail term.

5. Kim Kardashian

 

This list won't be complete without the mention of Kim Kardashian. Kim Kardashian's nude video with her then-boyfriend and music star, Ray J was hacked and released back in 2007, a video which catapulted the reality star to stardom.

The video directly earned her about £3million after she struck a deal with the rights holders.
