Oghenekaro Etebo made his first assist for Las Palmas in the game against Celta Vigo
Super Eagles midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo made his first assist for Las Palmas as they lost to Celta Vigo on Monday, February 5.
Etebo was in action for 90 minutes, an created an assist for Las Palmas's first goal which was scored by Erik Exposito in the 53rd minute.
The midfielder who recently moved to the Spanish outfit on loan, put in an impressive performance but was unable to prevent Las Palmas from conceding two goals.

Etebo had earlier said he did not come to Las Palmas to sit on the bench, and has backed up his statement with impressive performances.

However, he could do nothing to prevent the defeat to Celta Vigo, which leaves the Canary Islanders in 18th place and in the relegation zone.
Pulse Sports has revealed that Etebo has been invited for the Super Eagles friendly matches against Poland and Serbia.
Etebo who has now been joined at Las Palmas by Emmanuel Emenike and Ezekiel Imoh will hope to get a better result when they travel to Villarreal on Sunday, March 11.
