Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen was one of the fastest sprinters in the 2019/2020 Champions League season according to a Europe’s governing body UEFA.
In a report released by UEFA’s technical team from last season’s Champions League when Osimhen was playing for Lille, the 32.98 km/h posted by the 21-year-old in a game was one of the fastest from that season.
Despite his sprinting in that game, the striker could not get a goal in that game that finished 2-0 to visiting Ajax in November 2019.
The 2019/2020 season was Oismhen’s only season at Lille where he scored two goals including a header against Chelsea.
Osimhen has since left Lille to join Napoli in a big-money move, €71m which was the biggest in this summer transfer window in the whole of club football.
