Despite lacking a major release in the current year, the singer has struck a chord in the hearts of fans with many stage performances. His most recent gig was at Ric Hassani's "Live & Wavy" concert, making as much impression on the listeners like the main act.

His interest in having a long musical career just like Juju legend, King Sunny Ade seems realizable based on special dedication to his growth. He encouraged other artistes in the Alternative genre who have complained about not getting enough media support to improve on their craft. According to him, this is the only way to ensure enough attention is given to the sparsely patronized music category.
