Justice John Erhenede: Nigerian midfielder moves to FC Sønderborg in Denmark

Justice John Erhenede has no appearances for the Super Eagles.

Nigerian midfielder Justice John Erhenede has completed a move to FC Sønderborg in Denmark.

Erhenede was confirmed as a player of FC Sønderborg via a statement on clubs official website which said, “It is with pleasure that we can present an exciting approach to our Denmark series in the form of Justice John.

In a statement on the clubs website, Erhenede stated that he was delighted to have completed the move.

"I'm really happy to get back and have been taken really well by the club and the team. I am motivated and look forward to becoming part of the team and especially Sønderborg. I hope to help lift FC Sønderborg to the next level."  Erhenede said

FC Sønderborg Head Coach Gunnar Guillermo Nielsen talked about the experience Erhenede brings to the team upon completion of his move.

 

“I have previously played with him and what qualities he possesses. The plan is that we physically build him over the next few weeks, after which he can add the experience and quality of the squad. I look forward to working with Justice," said Nielsen.

Erhenede previously played for top clubs such as Kolding IF, Hobro IK, HB Køge, Kolding FC, Vejle Boldklub and FC Midtjylland.

The 31-years-old now joins Peter Utaka who earlier moved to Vejle Boldklub in Denmark.
