Former West Ham star Tomas Repka has been jailed in the Czech Republic for revenge porn on his ex-wife.
Repka made 167 appearances for West Ham between 2001 and 2006 before he returned to Czech to rejoin Sparta Prague.
The 44-year-old has been handed a six-month prison term after being found guilty carrying out revenge porn on his ex-wife Vlad'ka Erbova.
The defender reportedly posted three fake escort ads on the internet to attack his former wife Erbova
His partner, Katerina Kristelova who is also a TV presenter was fined £1,750 fine for her part in the attack against Repka's ex-wife.
Erbova claimed that she was psychologically damaged after the revenge porn on her and needed to see a psychiatrist.
“I collapsed when I found out who had done it. I could not sleep,” she said.
“I needed to see a psychiatrist, and I am going into therapy.”
Repka has decided to appeal the sentence so a judge will now decide if he should spend six months behind bars.
“I'm sorry - it was wrong of me. But my relationship with my ex-wife was not good,” Repka.
“I wasn't able to see my son, and the situation escalated.”
