Policemen reportedly strip car owner naked for refusing to give bribe

A pair of policemen grab a man by his arm and legs. Though he tries to untangle himself from the captors, his efforts could not save him.

In Asaba, Delta State, armed policemen have reportedly stripped a man naked for refusing to offer bribe.

The law enforcement officers are seen in a video as they forced him into an awaiting vehicle.

In the clip, the victim struggles but his power was not enough to resist the policemen who appeared menacing in their handling of him.
