Akwa United and Dana Air will on Friday, February 2 formalise their agreement.
Akwa United are top of the NPFL and on Wednesday, January 31, they travel to FC Ifeanyi Ubah for a matchday six fixture.
The Aiteo Cup Champions are one of the first NPFL sides to announce a partnership with an Airline Operator.
Players and officials of Akwa United will be more relaxed following the road accident to Kwara United after the NNL Super four and more recently the MFM auto crash on their way from an NPFL game at Plateau United.
