2018 FIFA World Cup: Fans will be allowed to carry cocaine, cannabis, heroin to stadiums

a Moscow-based Union has discovered a loophole which allows fans to carry certain narcotics into the country.

Fans attending matches during the 2018 FIFA World Cup will be allowed to enter the stadiums with cocaine, cannabis and heroin, it has been revealed.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup kicks off in Russia on Thursday, June 14 and will be played all through to Sunday, July 15.

Ahead of the summer tournament, a Moscow-based Union has discovered a loophole which allows fans to carry certain narcotics into the country.

However, these hard drugs can only be allowed into the stadium if the fan can provide authentic medical paperwork from a nurse or doctor.

Countries from the Eurasian Economic Union, including Russia, allows certain hard drugs to be brought into the country with a doctor or nurse recommendation which must be written in either English or Russian.

Fans also carrying certain narcotics will also need to fill out a custom form on arrival in the 2018 FIFA World Cup host country Russia.

To allow these narcotics into the stadium, a special law enforcement agency is to be put together by World Cup committee to verify supporter's paperwork.

"Security officers will monitor the enforcement of rules for carrying prescription drugs to stadium grounds at checkpoints,” a quote from the committee read.
