Simi: Singer's 5 year wish comes true as she features 2face Idibia on deluxe version of ''Simisola'' album
Simi has released the deluxe version of her album, ''Simisola'' and it features 2face Idibia.
Simi has put out the extended version to her commercially successful second studio album, ''Simisola''.
In September 2017, Simi released the eponymously named body of work, ''Simisola'', and the album enjoyed both critical and commercial success.
Singles from the album like 'Joromi', 'Aimasiko', 'O Wa N'be' and 'Smile For Me', have grown to become nationwide hits with the X3M music singer consistently putting out visuals to maintain the hype around the project.
The album featured only one artist in Adekunle Gold on the song, 'Take Me Back'.
But with the newly released deluxe version, a wish she had in 2013 becomes reality as 2face Idibia aka 2baba features on the remix of the song, 'Original Baby'.
In 2013, Simi had posted on her twitter page that one day she hopes to work with 2face Idibia, it may have taken five years but she finally has her wish.
The deluxe version which is now available on all platforms contains 14 original tracks and two remixes with 2face Idibia and renowned producer, Sigag Lauren on 'Smile For Me remix'.
