Luka Modric: Real Madrid star wins UEFA Men’s Player of the Year award

The 33-year-old was earlier in the ceremony named the Champions League the Midfielder of the Season.

Real Madrid star Luka Modric has won the award for the UEFA’s Men Player of the Year award in a ceremony in Monaco.

Modric had an incredible year, winning a third straight Champions League title with Real Madrid and leading Croatia to the final of the 2018 FIFA World Cup where they lost to France.

The 33-year-old was earlier in the ceremony named the Champions League the Midfielder of the Season.
